Half Dozen Other | New Bakery & Cafe

An exciting fit-out scheme for Half Dozen Other for their new bakery in the heart of Deansgate.

Our client has recently purchased a lease within the new Circle Square Development operated by Bruntwood.

The brief was to provide both a bakery and cafe solution.

Our vision was to bring their baked goods to life through Theatre and making use of the large windows so guests can see the baked goods come to life!

The large sweeping counter frames their products and encourages secondary spending.

Practical seating was provided for guests to enjoy their treats (but also to not dwell too long!)
