ICI Architecture Studio was appointed by the client to repurpose a former Bungalow on an existing Lorry Carpark.

Our scheme proposals included for the demolition of the bungalow and erection of a new Service Station for both Cars and Lorries alike.

The new facilities included 3 separate Food and Beverage Units as well as a separate retail space.

In addition, guest toilets, showers and both indoor and outdoor seating were provided.
